Kentucky Farm Bureau (KFB) Insurance has appointed Conner Paas as agency manager of the Jefferson County Farm Bureau – Lyndon office. The appointment was announced by Chuck Osborne, Vice President of Agency Support & Marketing for KFB Insurance.
Paas attended the University of Kentucky and previously worked as an agent at the Jefferson County Farm Bureau – Old Henry office. His experience within the organization helped prepare him for his new leadership role.
As agency manager, Paas will serve Jefferson County residents by offering a variety of insurance products through KFB Insurance. He will also oversee the daily operations of the Lyndon office and support customers with their insurance needs.
The Lyndon office, located in Louisville, provides coverage options including homeowners, auto, life, and health insurance, along with retirement planning services. Paas will lead efforts to expand and maintain customer service in the area.
Paas joins Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance’s statewide network of more than 400 agents. Founded in 1943, the company operates in all 120 Kentucky counties and offers a wide range of insurance products.
The organization is affiliated with the Jefferson County Farm Bureau, which provides members with benefits such as scholarship opportunities, discount programs, agricultural marketing support, and leadership development activities. Paas is expected to help strengthen the organization’s presence and customer service across Jefferson County.
