• Lead end-to-end audits (planning, scoping, fieldwork, reporting) across a variety of business areas
• Develop risk assessments, audit programs and testing strategies
• Produce draft scope and audit objectives Execute fieldwork supported by completed workpapers
• Validate and present findings and recommendations to management
• Provide insights that go beyond compliance to highlight efficiency and process improvement opportunities
• Draft concise audit reports with clear conclusion and pragmatic recommendations
• Support tracking and monitoring of management audit actions
• Contribute to enhancing audit methodology, templates, analytics use and reporting
• Look for opportunities to apply AI in internal audit function.

• Solid internal audit experience in a multi-site or complex organisational environment Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Self starter who owns the delivery of assigned activities and escalates challenges promptly
• Works well both independently and within the team
• Strong customer focus demonstrating a genuine interest in understanding and supporting business operations
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and provide effective solutions
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and control design
• Experience using data analytics tools to support audit activities
• Open to occasional travel across Australia
