About the role
We are looking for a Rural Products Sales Manager to join the growing team on a permanent, full time basis .
As an Elders Rural Products Sales Manager, your expert product knowledge and customer service skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including finding new opportunities for them to explore. You are also a strong leader with demonstrated people management and merchandise operational skills. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.
About Loxton
Loxton is situated 2.5 hours north east of Adelaide, on the banks of the mighty Murray River, and forms part of the Riverland, a group of closely connected towns and irrigation settlements based around the river and its tributaries as it snakes its way through the Mallee. A desirable Mediterranean climate filled with diverse people and plantings, such as vineyards, orchards, vegetables, pastures, cereals and livestock.

Responsibilities
As a key member and leader within the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:
Develop and manag e merchandise business plans and budgets
M eeting key performance indicators and expenditure targets
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending the Elders range of products and services that will strengthen the growth of their business
Proactively source new business to achieve KPI's and targets
About you
To excel at Elders, you:
Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative working environment
Are passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community
Extensive sales experience and a successful sales record in a rural products business
Committed to the provision of high-quality customer service
Possess extensive knowledge of agriculture products, the region and our competitors
Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
Hold a current Drivers Licence (essential)
Hold a current Truck or Forklift licence (Desirable)
