About the role

Sunfam are looking for a skilled and dedicated Rural Products Manager to own and drive the key purchasing decisions for the Campbell St Branch. The successful candidate will harness their strong communication skills and commercial acumen to ensure Sunfam can reliably meet it's goods and services requirements.

This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

The Rural Products Manager will be responsible for:

Management of Purchasing operation and performance of the branch's inventory.
Keeping stock control systems up to date and plan for future capacity requirements.
Management of Agency requirements and procedures with various suppliers on a monthly basis
Identification and implementation of opportunities to improve profitability of individual products and/or services.
Contribute to weekly sales meetings for Sales staff and Senior Management.
Direct contact with Corporate clients and development of strategies to maximise sales to these customers

About you:

Our ideal Procurement Officer will possess:

Previous purchasing and sales experience in Agriculture markets
Ability and experience in producing effective budgets
Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team goals.
Are passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community
Possess strong focus on branch/business planning, strategic thinking, innovation, and communications skills
