This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of the UK poultry sector to apply their expertise in a customer-focused role.

You’ll join a well-established poultry nutrition business, working directly with customers across the UK to understand their systems, objectives and challenges. Rather than simply selling products, you’ll provide credible technical advice, troubleshoot issues and develop nutritional solutions that deliver value on farm.

Commercially, you’ll develop existing key accounts while identifying new opportunities. Success will come through building trust, asking the right questions and becoming a valued source of technical insight and practical support.

This is a home-based, national role with significant customer-facing travel, alongside monthly meetings at head office.

The role:

• Deliver a consultative, technical sales approach
• Build lasting and productive relationships with customers
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored technical advice and nutritional solutions
• Work closely with in-house nutritionists to deliver the right solutions for customers
• Manage and develop key accounts
• Identify new opportunities for growth
• Increase market share and contribute to business profitability

About you:

• Strong background in the poultry farming industry
• Experienced in technical sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to travel nationally to visit clients
