Job Description

You know that successful poultry production is about far more than bird performance alone. If you enjoy supporting farm teams, maintaining high welfare standards and helping multiple sites operate at their best, you could make a real impact here.

Overseeing a portfolio of poultry farms, you'll play a key role in ensuring high standards of compliance, operational performance and commercial delivery.

Working closely with farm managers, you'll balance bird welfare and regulatory requirements with the efficient and cost-effective running of multiple sites.

You'll support farm teams in delivering best practice, maintaining audit readiness and identifying opportunities to improve processes, control costs and optimise performance across the region.

For someone who enjoys influencing results through people, process and sound commercial judgement, this role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact across a multi-site farming operation.

What the role involves:

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety, welfare, biosecurity and industry assurance standards.
  • Supporting cost control through effective management of labour, resources and operational expenditure.
  • Building strong working relationships with farm managers and site teams to drive accountability and performance.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and embed best practice across multiple sites.
  • Leading farm audits and maintaining readiness for Red Tractor, environmental and internal compliance requirements.
  • Monitoring operational performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Supporting employee performance, development and workforce planning activities.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of operational standards, productivity and commercial outcomes.
