We’re seeking a dynamic Zone Director to lead commercial strategy, expand market presence, develop high-performing sales teams, and drive profitable growth across a U.S. territory.

What You’ll Do

• Drive growth: Build and execute commercial strategies to expand market share and distribution networks.
• Lead people: Develop and inspire Regional Managers and commercial teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Own the results: Manage territory P&L, budgets, sales performance, margins, and profitability.
• Build relationships: Strengthen distributor partnerships and connect with key agricultural customers.
• Shape the future: Identify new opportunities, improve performance, and build a foundation for long-term success.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial leadership or business management experience.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management skills.
• Experience leading and growing B2B sales teams.
• Knowledge of U.S. agriculture and major crop and/or livestock markets.
• A proven ability to develop customer relationships and drive business growth.
• An entrepreneurial, strategic, hands-on leadership style with a strong results focus.

A degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
