You'll inherit a successful, established territory with a strong dealer network while also having the opportunity to expand market presence by developing new relationships throughout Quebec, Eastern Canada, and the Eastern United States. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an established sales territory across Quebec, Eastern Canada, and the Eastern U.S.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with existing dealers while identifying and onboarding new dealer partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the territory.
  • Provide commercial and technical training to dealers and customers.
  • Organize product demonstrations, customer education sessions, and dealer training programs.
  • Introduce and launch innovative new products within the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with research institutions, universities, and industry organizations to promote product innovations.
  • Participate in trade shows, farm events, open houses, and industry meetings.
  • Support strategic marketing initiatives and dealer development programs.
  • Manage key customer accounts while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare regular sales activity and market reports.

 

Qualifications

  • Fluently bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Must reside in or near Quebec.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in territory management, account management, or sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the dairy industry is essential.
  • Experience selling dairy equipment is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with backgrounds in dairy nutrition, genetics, livestock production, agricultural equipment dealerships, or agricultural manufacturing are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

 

Travel Requirements

  • Valid driver's licence with the ability to travel throughout Canada and the United States.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including overnight travel as required.
