TECHNICAL COMMERCIAL SPECIALIST BIOSTIMULANTS BENELUX

Corteva Agriscience markets an extensive package of crop protection products, biostimulants, seed treatments and sowing seeds. A full pipeline with new products and technologies is ready to be introduced in the coming years. In addition to traditional resources, Corteva Agriscience focuses on the development of innovative sustainable cultivation solutions.

The Benelux organization of Corteva Agriscience works with a compact, motivated and close-knit team in which knowledge sharing and collaboration are central: people support each other and intervene where necessary. Achieving a joint result is paramount. To expand our Benelux team, we are looking for a Technical Commercial Specialist in Biostimulants.

Goal

Developing the biostimulants market in the Benelux. You support the Corteva sales team with technical, commercial and marketing assistance to customers.

Main responsibilities:

* Actively supporting customers with knowledge and information about biostimulants.

* Support customer sales teams with coaching, training and follow-up of trials and real-world applications.

* Setting up demos and follow-up with interested parties

* You make an active contribution to forecasts and planning of both Corteva and our customers

* Builds product/crop/market positioning together with the marketing team

Location

You work from your 'home office' combined with a monthly presence at the office in Bergen op Zoom. You are regularly on the road to visit customers or test fields.

* In any case, you bring knowledge and experience in consultancy and sales at HBO level or master's degree in agriculture or equivalent through experience

* Technical knowledge of arable farming and horticulture. Knowledge of biostimulants is an advantage.

* Good command of the Dutch and English language, both oral and written.

* Team spirit and strongly focused on collaboration in the Benelux team while also being able to work very independently

* Ability to work accurately and systematically

* Knowledge of the market and the ability to work in a market-oriented manner, with commercial feeling

* Good communication and presentation skills, active listening

* Being confident

* Being able to respond flexibly to rapidly changing circumstances in the market

* Possess computer skills and be able to work smoothly with Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
