Grow what's next. Growyour future. CortevaAgriscience has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated student to joinour Supply Chain team as an intern for the summer of 2020. The positionduration is May to August 2020. We are seeking undergraduate candidates lookingto gain broad experience in the agricultural industry. Our Internship Programis for individuals like yourself who are interested in developing their careerwithin a large global company. An interest or aptitude in the agriculturalindustry is a plus, but not required. Indianapolis, Indiana is the home-basefor the Corteva Supply Chain Internship. During your time with us you will typicallybe assigned 3-5 projects based on current business needs that can be completedwithin the summer months.


Responsibilities WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Assess and/or model material and information flows acrossthe supply chain at tactical and/or strategic levels
  • Identify and evaluate related trade-offs involving inventorylevels, conversion costs, logistics costs, asset utilization, productivity andcustomer service

  • Work with a Supply Chain Leader to help lead, manage andintegrate complex cross-functional, inter-business, multi-area projects andrelationships, and achieve desired results

  •  Help to developinnovative solutions, approaches, methodologies and service offerings thataddress both present and future business requirements


Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Minimumcumulative GPA of 3.00 at an accredited university
  • Currentlybe studying in your junior year with plans to graduate in December 2020 or May2021

  • Pursuinga bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering(operational/industrial, applied, mechanical, or chemical), or BusinessAdministration with a related concentration in Supply Chain

  • Aminimum requirement for this US-based position is the ability to work legallyin the United States on a permanent basis. Applicants who do not indicatethat they have the necessary permanent work authorization will not beconsidered for this US-based position.
