Responsibilities - What You Will Do:

* Take the lead in designing and developing qualitative and/or quantitative analysis methodologies and workflows to enhance analytical capabilities.

* Perform LC/GC and LC-MS method development, optimization, and validation activities.

* Work towards identifying, assessing, and developing new scientific concepts and technologies.

* Modify methodologies to improve the quality, accuracy, and usefulness of data.

* Partner and collaborate with project teams to identify analytical needs and provide effective solutions.

* Effectively communicate and document project progress and timelines to diverse team members and stakeholders.

QualificationsRequirements: What You Need:

* Ph.D. preferably in Analytical Chemistry received within the last 3 years.

* Strong research background in chromatography and mass spectrometry is required.

* Proven record of delivering project results.

* Proficiency in using scientific methodology to solve complex technical problems.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team are essential.

* Ability to collaborate with internal and external resources to meet project objectives.

* Capability to communicate and document research results in reports, presentations, and publications.

* Ability to translate complex data into clear objectives and establish practical action plans.

* Technical depth to evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
