Role Summary

The ITCollaboration Leader will oversee and manage the delivery of Cortevas digitalcollaboration and Unified Communications strategy and services. Thisposition will transform the way colleagues work by deploying easy-to-usemeeting, video conferencing, online communities and internal social networkingtools.  This individual will not only bea subject matter expert but also a change leader who drives adoption andclearly communicates the business value of these services.  This position will lead the delivery of ITscollaboration roadmap and oversee a global team responsible for providing aseamless collaboration, communication and colleague engagement experienceacross the Corteva enterprise.   


Key Responsibilities& Accountabilities

  • Lead the design and execution of ITs digital collaboration and communication roadmap. 
  • Assess the environment, analyze performance and system health data and develop transformational executable plans.
  • Responsible for aligning the technology roadmap with the business strategic goals and translating into requirements, architecting and designing solutions leveraging emerging technologies.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert, possessing in-depth knowledge of digital real-time collaboration, meeting and social networking tools and the underlying technology components including Networks, Unified Communications (UC), Voice Systems, VOIP, and Cloud Solutioning strategy.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations that would improve the user experience, technology architecture, delivery, performance, and scalability.
  • Oversee 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance.
  • Establish metrics, key performance indicators, and service level agreements to continually improve the performance of networking and voice operations.
  • Participate in IT strategic planning, project planning and budget planning efforts.
  • Up to 20% domestic travel
  • Global deployment of collaboration and communication tools across the enterprise.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a large transformation program in a matrixed environment. 
  • Ability to present strategic plans toexecutives.

  • Experience creating and maintaining virtual meeting tools (ex: WebEX, Zoom or MS Teams).

  • Ability to understand and articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to build, coach and lead a global team, strong collaboration style to ensure services quality and engagement with other IT teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and priorities, and to redirect managers and teams toward new objectives.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional project teams in implementing projects of a complex nature and experience leading technical teams comprised of architects, engineers and operations.
  • A deep understanding of the interdependent relationship between network and voice infrastructure, information security and the applications/services they enable as well as the criticality of maintaining strong connections between the respective teams within IT.
Experience & Education Required
  • 10+ years of comprehensive and deep experience in enterprise digital collaboration and communications technology.
  • Unified Communications, Office 365, video conferencing and enterprise corporate broadcasts experience required.
  • Bachelors degree required.
