The IT organization within Corteva hasa challenging and exciting opportunity for an IT Business Partner for Legal. This role will act as the IT Lead that partners with the Legal division to develop and align the business and technologyroadmaps in support of their business objectives and strategic priorities. TheIT Business Partner will develop business strategic roadmaps that lay out thetechnology priorities and timelines and serve as a basis for translation intorequirements to be delivered. The leader will manage the IT investmentportfolio in a transparent manner to the business and be accountable foroverall delivery and evaluation of major programs and the associated investmentoutcomes.
This role will serve as the directinterface between IT and Legal. The ITBusiness Partner for Legal will be comfortable working ina fast-paced, collaborative, highly matrix environment, developing a strategyfor the organization and a roadmap to achieve strategic goals. This individualmust be comfortable working with ambiguity and demonstrate leadership presenceand outstanding communication skills.
