Corteva Agriscience has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an Improvement Engineer (Unit Engineer) for the Herbicides Formulations and Packaging (HF&P) manufacturing facility (489 Building) located in Midland Michigan.
The Midland HF&P facility produces s a variety of liquid herbicide products for Corteva Agriscience across several portfolios. There are multiple formulation systems and three packaging lines plus bulk loading capabilities. The Asset Technology Engineer will gain experience supporting dynamic, customer-facing operation by delivering technology solutions to generate value.
The Improvement Engineer will lead the plant level improvement process by gathering and analyzing data, evaluating improvement opportunities, and implementing improvement projects for the HF&P plant. This role will ensure plant level improvements align with the business strategic objectives and will close local performance gaps to increase Asset Capability. As leader of the facility improvement team, the Improvement Engineer will provide support for planning and execution of plant projects (capital, expense, or other support activities as requested by the business).
