Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Information Analysis:
* Develop and execute product strategies and build roadmaps for biological portfolio, aligning with overall company goals.
* Monitor and analyze product performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement improvements to meet revenue and profitability targets.
* Identify potential & analyze correct market segments for the given brands on potential crop. Ensuring the brands meet their targeted objectives.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on product initiatives.
* Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the biological and nutrient sectors
Cross - Function Coordination
* Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop effective marketing campaigns, product positioning, and sales enablement tools.
* Define product requirements and specifications based on market, regulatory guidelines, and internal stakeholders' input.
* Collaborate with regulatory & agronomy / New Commercialization teams to drive product development efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality biological products.
* Make entry plans and develop market strategies in partnership with sales & management leadership team for meeting the objectives of the brands. Maximize profit, market share and volumes.
* Serve as the subject matter expert for biological and nutrient products, providing training and support to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the product lifecycle.
QualificationsQualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
* Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a related role within the biological and nutrient products industry.
* Strong understanding of biological and nutrient product development processes, including regulatory requirements and commercialization strategies.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach and a track record of achieving business objectives.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with agricultural biostimulants, or agricultural nutrients preferred.
* Familiarity with PK markets and competition scenario / product launches.
