What employers usually want to know.

Quick answers about the CBR participation, data and access.

The CBR is AgCareers' agriculture and food compensation survey. More than 150 North American employers use its role-specific data and reporting cuts to support hiring, pay planning and retention.

Collection begins in April. Updated reports are generally released from late August through September.

Position title, state or province, city or rural location, base salary, performance pay target and actual, and exempt or non-exempt status. Records are submitted through a dedicated secure link, then reviewed and validated.

Contributor data is confidential. Results are published only when minimum sample requirements are met; small samples are restricted or omitted.

The CBR benchmarks 250+ U.S. roles and 200+ Canadian roles. Reports may be filtered by sector, geography, city or rural setting, revenue and employee count.

Full Access subscribers receive online access for 12 months. Basic subscribers receive PDF reports for contributed roles. There is no company-wide user limit, and complimentary training and support are available at compensation@agcareers.com.
