Principal Accountabilities:
Coordinates staffing and tasks to ensure proper processing and packaging of food-grade products. Developing staffing schedules and managing PTO requests for departments
Coordinates the maintenance requirements for the departments, including managing contractors when necessary
Strict compliance with safe work rules, good housekeeping practices, and specified FSQR policies/procedures/standards
Perform any miscellaneous duties as assigned, including but not limited to: minor maintenance tasks, preventative maintenance tasks, housekeeping tasks, product quality testing tasks, and operation of packaging equipment
Manage Cycle counts, process order reconciliation, raw material counts, warehousing, and management of warehouse space, bone yards, etc.
Coach operators and help fix issues, process orders or UD inspections, place or remove from hold, etc.Working with the scheduler for run planning & process order plan alignment/bin management oversight
Sockeye scheduling, review, and TECO WO, FM1 support, LOTO, and planning of craft work, general breakdown support
Required Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
Basic use of a computer
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
Ability to perform physical job duties, which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years of equivalent work experience
