Job Location: 165 Dunlop Drive in, Guelph, ON
Job Type:General Labour - Flexible Work
Shifts(s) Available: Monday through Friday (6:30am - 3:00pm) Shifts will be assigned at the discretion of your Supervisor
Starting Rate: $22.50/hr

Principal Accountabilities

Ensure food safety and quality
Maintain a safe work environment
Focus on attention to detail
Experience in problem solving/fixing
Utilize knives, hooks, hand tools and equipment
Perform and support assigned roles in manufacturing
Comfortable working with raw meat particularly with Beef
Capable lifting product weighing up to 60lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
Able to work in temperature-controlled environments (Hot/Cold 0-4 Celsius)
Cleanliness and housekeeping

Required Qualifications

Must be currently legal to work in Canada
Must be 18 years or older
Must be comfortable with meat processing practices
Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 60lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications

Previous work experience in meat production, manufacturing, or similar environment
Work history in the last 12 months
