The Agriculture Mechanic monitors product flow during harvesting to ensure uninterrupted flow to the plants and relieve Harvester Operators when necessary. Two-year college degree or equivalent mechanical/repair experience preferred.
Seneca is currently recruiting for Seasonal Production Workers available until the end of September. Seneca Foods is hiring various positions, such as lift truck operators, quality control technicians, operators, and more.
Maintenance Technicians perform duties related to maintaining the facility including: reading and understanding blueprints, sketches, diagrams, and operating manuals; troubleshooting of electrical control circuits, mechanical and electrical systems; program PLC systems; knowledge of refrigeration systems; rebuilding and repairing pitters; welding and fabricating.
Forklift operators handle the safe and efficient operation of electric or gas-powered forklifts to and from various departments at Seneca Foods. Operators need basic knowledge of forklifts and the ability to pass the Seneca Forklift certification test.
