BioSec is hiring a hands-on Service & Sales Representative to service agricultural incinerators across the swine and poultry industry. This is a field-based role covering customers throughout the Midwest, for someone mechanically capable and motivated. Full training provided, and the right attitude matters more than a specific background.

What you'll do

• Install, service, and troubleshoot agricultural incinerators at customer sites (burners, controls, refractory, fuel systems)
• Perform preventive maintenance and warranty repairs
• Diagnose and resolve field issues, coordinating parts and follow-up
• Build relationships with producers and identify new equipment and service sales opportunities
• Represent the product line at customer visits and trade shows
• Commission new units at installation and train site staff on safe operation
• Document service visits and maintain equipment service records
• Provide phone/remote troubleshooting support to customers between site visits

What we're looking for

• Mechanically inclined and a strong problem-solver
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or combustion systems is helpful but not required. We'll train motivated candidates!
• Comfortable working independently in agricultural/livestock environments
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Self-motivated with sales aptitude, since this role rewards initiative
• Ag industry experience a plus, not a requirement
