Supply Chain Analyst Co-op 

PURPOSE

This Fall 2024 Co-op will provide support in several key areas across the Inventory & Performance Management Team, as well as the Sales & Operations Planning team ensuring compliance with inventory controls, performing various analysis within our inventory driving improvements in working capital, and participating in our sales and operational planning cycles. It will offer the unique opportunity to interact across multiple product supply and commercial functions that will allow the individual to build on analytical, financial, and business acumen, as well as gain experience in key systems/applications such as SAP, Tableau, Excel, etc.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role are to:

• Support the annual physical inventory process of our North American crop protection and row businesses covering (150 sites and over 1 billion in inventory).
• Work with our distribution network to identify, consolidate, and facilitate disposition of at-risk inventory.
• Provide analytical support to drive future enhancements in inventory dashboards providing key insights in improving working capital and overall health of on-hand inventory.
• Partner with S&OP manager in developing monthly meeting presentations and communications.
• Analytical support for weekly control tower process assisting the control tower manager as well as affected product supply organizations for both seed and crop protection.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Successfully completely sophomore year or higher at the start of the co-op (June 2024)  
• Self Starter, willingness to learn, and ability to work autonomously
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet established timelines
• Possess strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong working knowledge of Excel 
• Knowledgeable of various supply chain management functions

The employment dates for this Fall Co-op are June 10, 2024 - November 29, 2024. This is a remote position.
