Maintain, prepare, submit applications for new and existing products and uses and obtain timely regulatory approval of submissions;
Maintain, prepare and submit responses to EPA Registration Review and data call-ins or other requests from the regulatory agencies;
Convey critical knowledge of products and early warning to business on regulatory trends, decisions and their impact and providing solutions to reduce regulatory impacts or costs;
Work independently in managing and coordinating assigned projects on global basis and collaborates for timely regulatory outcomes;
Work with relevant BCS functions to ensure necessary studies to maintain and obtain new registrations and the defense of existing products;
Follow-up with the registration and re-evaluation of products with regulatory Authorities and guides the development of solutions.

Bachelor's Science in Biology, Chemistry, Agronomy or related subject with at least six years of experience or Masters degree in Biology, Chemistry, Agronomy or related subject with at least four years of experience or Ph.D. in Biology, Chemistry, Agronomy or related subject with at least two years of experience;
Knowledge of EPA pesticide regulations and submissions requirements, specifically 40CFR part 158;
Developed written and oral communication skills;
Ability to work days, nights, rotating shifts, weekends and overtime as business needs require.
