PURPOSE

Supports and improves on-going Product Supply operational processes through collaboration with Product Supply leadership and staff.  Expected to lead individual and small group initiatives.
 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role are to:

  • Develop a basic understanding of the Global Product Supply methodologies
  • Identify, develop, and execute continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support development of global process and system improvements/optimizations affecting our Plan, Source, Make and Deliver Functions 
  • Synthesize conclusions into recommendations and work directly with supply chain team to implement change
  •  Continue to develop and execute increasingly complex improvement initiatives/projects

Required Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in IT, Decision Sciences, or related field
  • Successfully completed sophomore year or higher at the start of the internship and/or will be a rising junior or senior
  • Proven work/internship/co-op experience
  • Strong relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Collaboration and team focused - working with International and Domestic employees
  • Demonstrated leadership (i.e. - current leaders of clubs, Greek organizations, etc.)
  • High level of maturity and strong willingness and demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly
  • Critical thinker who 'thinks outside the box' to achieve goals
  • Excellent results orientation and agility
  • Experience working across cross functional/matrix environments
