Operations Coordinator 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The primary responsibilities of this role, Operations Coordinator, are to: 

 

  • Assist staff in clerical activities for daily operations;
  • Participate in community events representing the site;
  • Enter and validate information into computer/data systems;
  • Assist with the onboarding/offboarding of site employees;
  • Review and process (with some supervision) freight payments, bulk shipments, and schedule deliveries;
  • Follow and communicates payroll policies and perform audits to ensure policies are adhered to;
  • Support site initiatives and Production System improvements;
  • Assist with grower pricing, maintains contract/grower vendor data in SAP and inbound/outbound trucking fleet during Harvest operations;
  • Learn the site accounts payable process and complete payments to vendors;
  • Support the site expense management program and assists site employees with expense reports;
  • Be involved with Production Orders, inventory management, and SAP data entering.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • High School diploma;
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Organization and prioritization skills and attention to detail;
  • Understanding of manufacturing and/or desire to learn agriculture operations;
  • Strong customer focus;
  • Be able to connect and analyze data rapidly;
  • Be able to communicate complex analytical insights in a precise and actional manner.
  • Valid driver’s license (to be eligible to drive a company car, your driving record must meet guidelines based on the company’s risk screening for hiring drivers – Motor Vehicle Record will be reviewed as part of pre-employment screening);

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Three years of relevant experience OR Associate in Arts OR Bachelor of Science.
