Logistics Associate 




The primary responsibilities of this role, Log Associate, are to:


  • Facilitate product shipping and distribution throughout the site;
  • Manage warehouse area, storage containers, loading dock, etc. for proper working and storage conditions;
  • Work with management and team members on logistics systems and on implementing new strategies and initiatives, and assists in directing daily operations;
  • Assist management in purchasing, warehousing, distribution, forecasting, and/or customer service;
  • Ensure freight is processed efficiently to maximize product service levels;
  • Receive and be available to unload and receive incoming deliveries and coordinate outgoing shipments including all documentation concerning for these activities;
  • Process orders, prepare packing lists, package outgoing materials, take care of shipping logistics, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Inform site personnel of packages that have been received;
  • Track shipment details, locations, and estimated time of arrivals;
  • Train users of the supply request program;
  • Maintain inventory of Forklift fuel and Fire Extinguishers;
  • Be responsible for monthly housekeeping receiving warehouse;
  • Work safely and keep work areas clean of debris;
  • Proficiency of and working with Microsoft Office suite of products.

Required qualifications:


  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a year of work experience;
  • Maintain certificate for certified Bayer forklift operator;
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs.;
  • Valid drivers’ license (in order to be eligible to drive a company car, your driving record must meet guidelines based on the company’s risk screening for hiring drivers – Motor Vehicle Record will be reviewed as part of pre-employment screening);
  • Traverse warehouse and shelves by squatting, stretching, and reaching;
  • Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items received;
  • Understanding of dock, and warehouse procedures;
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Proficient with inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports.


Domestic Relocation is not available for this position.
