Global Trait Quality & Stewardship Digital Project Intern 

PURPOSE

Support both Global Trait Quality Stewardship Teams digital transformation efforts. With multiple digital and change management projects efforts targeted for delivery in 2024 and beyond, additional support for documentation, testing, consolidation of master data, improving information, contact share for communication hubs, and heat maps to support the projects is needed.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support both Global Trait Quality Stewardship Teams Digital Projects:

• Gather, consolidate, and validate final master data with the broader global teams to support digital projects
• Develop and deploy a user interface to access data
• Perform user testing as deliverables are finalized through development prior to hand-off to Production environment (digital projects) or SharePoint Sites for Stewardship & Compliance Training
• Gather key requirements for process improvement within the documentation step of Product Discontinuation activities
• Develop and deploy a digital system for review/approval process and associated record retention
• Develop additional team and responsibilities inputs in the Trait Quality Hubs

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a masters or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders in other world regions
• Teams Video Conferencing Meetings for work share with other team members and stakeholders
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms, Lists, & Visio)
• SharePoint site inputs and development
• Microsoft Power Platform and Lists skills a plus
