Data Quality Curation Manager 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The primary responsibilities of this role, Data Quality Curation Manager, are to: 

 

  • Be responsible for driving resolution to large complex issues, particularly those impacting customer experience;
  • Establish and maintain and key stakeholder relationships to drive region-wide improvements in data flow, including the integrity, efficiency and availability of data;
  • Drive cross functional engagement to resolve of large complex data gaps, engaging with both functional stakeholders and IT leaders to diagnose root cause, recommend solutions, and monitor improvements of data quality;
  • Be responsible for Data Change Communication and Impact Assessment within NA Data Governance structure;
  • Be responsible for establishing, measuring and managing indicators of data quality leading to process stability;
  • Define and drive roadmap for continuous improvement of data quality, collaborating with customer facing and enabling functional teams to drive improvements;
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams managing or depending upon data to understand gaps and drive improvements;
  • Build organizations in-depth data expertise in end to end processes;
  • Drive data quality improvements across functions with business and IT team members, delivering improvements to existing IT systems and providing critical feedback on new IT developments.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • At least between eight to ten years of relevant data experience, supply chain, customer manufacturing, material;
  • At least five years experience driving solutioning that impacts multiple functional teams or areas;
  • At least five years experience in ERP data governance, data management or supply chain data;
  • Bring a strategic mindset to driving solutions, highly focused on delivering results;
  • Manage ambiguity even when the problem is unclear and outside of the teams immediate responsibilities;
  • Business insight to make the link between complex data and impact to business process;
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience with interpersonal skills and professional maturity.
