Change Project Manager 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The primary responsibilities of this role, Change Project Manager, are to:

 

  • Be a member of the Management of Change (MOC) Leadership Team to lead global management of active ingredients  projects to ensure compliance and freedom to operate for our chemical business operations;
  • Lead the change management of new/changed sources of active ingredients;
  • Manage change evaluation for active ingredients by developing rules/guidelines;
  • Analyze information provided by the system and initiate necessary mitigation measures;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enable dialogue and key actions to find mitigation measures when needed and for decision making;
  • Support implementation of intended changes and monitor execution;
  • Continuously monitor and drive the process;
  • Support and ensure proper communication and bridging actions to changes in formulation products induced by changes in active ingredients;
  • Maintain relevant information in Bayer database and IT platform;
  • Support global communication and training strategy;
  • Strive for continuous process improvement in the area of active ingredients change management and IT platform.

Required qualifications:

 

  • Ph.D. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering;
  • Analytical mindset to translate regulatory information into supply chain implementation;
  • Basic master data, SAP knowledge and excellent knowledge of Management of Change process;
  • Excellent knowledge of specification and their management and specifically regulatory specifications;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities in parallel, to learn fast, to understand and handle complexity;
  • Highly motivated with good project management skills. Results driven and be able to deal with ambiguity.

 

Preferred qualifications:

 

  • Knowledge of Management of Change process in large scale herbicides.
