Prepare packaging materials; Read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Stage raw and finished materials; Take required samples during production process; Decontaminate equipment and piping for maintenance or disposal; Utilize Personal Protective Equipment Matrix; Maintain inventories of disposable, production, and safety related materials; Recognize material compatibilities; Handle waste and other contaminated trash per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP); Conduct charging and filling operations; Operate forklifts; Maintain plant Hazard Communication labeling program; Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the plant area; Assist in product changeover activities; Basics of plant/unit operations and safety equipment; Learn more complex task; Recognize and operate basic process elements; Knowledgeable ofResource Conservation and Recovery Act hazardous waste regulations, waste determinations, waste codes, and how to immediately communicate discovery of spills and leaks; Label, inspect, and record keep requirements to accumulate waste in: satellite accumulation areas, containers, and tanks.

High School Diploma or GED with at least that level in reading comprehension, writing, and math, with at least one year of manufacturing, industrial or similar experience;
Ability to use various hand tools, fork trucks, snorkel lifts, dollys, manual material handling equipment.
Manufacturing experience in chemical plant.
