We have immediate openings for full-timeseasonal positions:  

SEED PROCESS OPERATOR - We have open positons in SeedCleaning, Seed Treating & Packaging and Warehouse.

Located in Lethbridge, AB and reportingto the Department Supervisor, you will work within a team environment toensure the efficient, effective and safe operation of all equipment employedfor the cleaning, treating and packaging of canola seed. 

As the successful candidate, you will possessmechanical aptitude and have experience in a processing or manufacturingfacility. You will be self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, apositive teamwork attitude and the ability to work independently.

Grade 12 Diploma Experience in a production environment is an asset Computer literate with demonstrated flexibility in learning Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to maintain harmony and morale on the plant floor on a daily basis Ability to solve problems and resolve difficult situations as equipment or production delays requires some independent judgment / problem solving skills Good work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced environment Reliable and punctual Being able to provide clear, concise general instructions for team effectiveness and productivity requires proficient English skills Able to follow set standards and procedures in a safe mannerOTHER INFORMATION: This position may require participation in a shift rotation with other Seed Process Operators Availability to work 40 hours/week on a regular schedule and various shift schedules (24 hour operations) Team members must be willing to work overtime shifts if possible when required by business needs during peak periods. Transportation is required, as our site is not accessible by Lethbridge Transit Please note that this position requires the ability to work at heights, wear a dust mask, lift loads up to 30kg and work in ambient temperature environments. All successful applicants will be required to complete a criminal background check and provide references. IND1
