As a Field Compliance Associate you will provide support to the compliance monitoring program, aiding in the advancement of new traits.
You will have responsibilities for compliance monitoring and maintenance of trial site isolation areas and post-harvest sites to a high standard.
Responsibilities include weekly monitoring of isolation areas and post-harvest sites for the presence of prohibited species and maintaining the sites to a standard expected by our organization and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency using techniques such as spraying, tilling, burning and mowing.
A key component in this role is ensuring standard operating procedures are maintained and followed.

You must demonstrate problem solving skills and the ability to be flexible and modify plans as situations change.
You must be able to work in a group as well as be self motivated to get solo tasks accomplished.
Mechanical aptitude and experience operating equipment is an advantage.
