Where the Chemistry Happens...

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides a range of complex, diversified andconfidential administrative support services to the Talent Acquisitionteam.  The Talent Acquisition Coordinator assists senior talentacquisition staff with compiling and organizing applications, coordinatingcandidate interviews, maintaining job postings and tracking candidate activities.  

 Formula for Success:You Will...The tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Support and partner with candidates, Talent Acquisition Advisor(s) and Hiring Managers throughout the end to end recruiting process
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and career portal by opening and closing requisitions and updating job information as appropriate
  • Assists recruiter in applicant flow by pre-screening resumes and evaluating applicants against minimum requirements for the positions
  • Disposition these candidates in the ATS if minimum requirements are not met
  • Coordinate and schedule phone screen, video conference interviews through final round interviews ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved
  • Develop and disseminate all preparation materials for all participants in the process
  • Provide timely interview status updates to Talent Acquisition, hiring teams, and candidates
  • Create offer letters for review, approval, and distribution
  • Execute and complete background checks keeping appropriate parties involved in the step and status
  • Prepare and send new hire paperwork to appropriate Human Resources Operations team
  • Generate internal reports such as open requisition reporting, filled position reporting, applicant flow reporting, and reports required by senior management
  • General administrative work as needed 
  • Ingredients forSuccess: What We Look for in You...

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in Recruiting or Human Resources
  • Customer focused and proactive with excellent follow-up and a sense of urgency
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferably Taleo
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to self-prioritize and manage time in a face-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to ensure the accuracy of highly detailed and confidential information
  • Positive attitude, able to easily build relationships across multiple functions and business units
