Where the Chemistry Happens

We are seeking a talented professional like youto sell unsold business and help existing customers achieve their goals throughour concrete admixture technologies. You will be responsible for new productintroduction, product testing and ultimately the sales of our products toready-mixed, precast and manufactured concrete producers. You will sustain anddevelop current customer relationships and support newly acquiredaccounts. Your overall responsibility is to grow territory sales byunderstanding customer needs and finding solutions to help them with ouradmixture technology and service solutions. The geographical territory includesIndiana - with a particular emphasis on the Indianapolis market. Leveraging your educational and professional background in a Sales capacity, you will focus to improve the customer experience and drive profitable growth for them and us.Using your networking and professional selling skills, you will gain understanding of customer challenges and opportunities, and develop solutions to help customers succeed.  Driving strategic decisions for the business, you will develop and execute strong sales plans for results.Your ability to communicate effectively will be a valued asset as you will lead product introductions, product mix optimizations, and revenue growth through assigned existing and prospective accounts. Demonstrating your commitment to customer satisfaction, you will manage basic technical support to existing customers through mix design, troubleshooting and field QA/QC support. Your strong industry and market knowledge will be a valued asset to build trust and satisfy customer relationships.
