This job is responsible to act as the primary interface for Operations with the maintenance personnel by approving and prioritizing work notifications.Formula for Success
Leveraging your manufacturing and/or operational experience to lead the plant in safe and high-quality execution of production objectives.
Your working knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance will be vital as you oversee and implement mechanical integrity programs and preventative maintenance practices. This will require familiarity with maintenance programs, work processes (MPI, etc.), environmental, health and safety procedures.
Demonstrating your technical competencies, you will troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, general computer skills, work planning and estimating, and user knowledge of SAP CAT maintenance functions.
Your proven competencies in analytical thinking, communication, entrepreneurship, coaching, and work management as you maintain customer focus, entrepreneurial acting/initiative, team leadership/collaboration, work management, and conflict management.
