• To undertake and promote Safety & Health requirements in accordance with company and site procedures, programmes and targets
• Handle all out of hours calls effectively
• Monitor customer telemetry & maintain regular customer dialogue to match delivery efficiency and customer service
• Liaise with other departments to ensure that the distribution function operates in alignment at all times
• Tanker loading for contractors and pre-load tanks for ADM deliveries as required
• Accurate operation of the weighbridge
• Conduct daily de-briefs with drivers
• Monitor legal compliance in respect of driver's hours and tachograph records
• Carry out distribution related administration to company requirements
• Drive and operate the LGV vehicle in accordance with legislation including the essential daily vehicle safety checks

• Microsoft Excel

• Ability to route plan and schedule
• Knowledge of bulk flour discharge
• Good communication & Problem solving skills
• Distribution operational experience or experience in a related discipline such as warehouse, garage or weighbridge.
• Understanding of Transport Law
• Holder of LGV 1 licence for vehicle driven
• Experience in Customer relations
