  • Ensure execution and optimize the Supply chain, Customer Service and Logistics processes for the Human Nutrition division in India and South Asia covering all products in Flavors , Specialty Ingredients and Health and Wellness segments
  • Lead and bring together all aspects of supply chain including Customer Service, Demand and Supply planning, OEM management, Warehousing and Logistics functions to meet supply chain metrics and deliver exceptional business results
  • Lead and manage the supply chain team, including each individual's development and growth, improve team engagement and build talent in our supply chain team to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
  • Ensure execution of supply chain, OEM and S&OP processes that best balances our demand and supply, optimizes inventory to meet inventory targets, improves on On Time In Full rates to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Strong business acumen and operational focus to quickly understand and deal with challenging business situations, creating creative solutions always aiming at customer centric outcomes balanced with ADM's requirements.
Your Responsibilities

  • Define a Supply Chain Strategy, Roadmap with clear KPI's, aligned to Business Strategies (Short/Long) and develop processes within teams to meet customer and business objectives
  • Lead and plan the Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) process to drive forecast accuracy improvement, inventory optimization and service levels and ensure efficient business decision making to achieve company's top and bottom line targets. This position owns the S&OP process in the organization.
  • Lead OEM management - Liaising with tollers and Procurement teams to guarantee supply of finished products to the customers. Responsible to lead new product launches and new OEMs ensure best-in-class cost, quality and leadtime to the customer
  • Lead and build the customer service team to ensure delivery timelines and service levels agreements are met according to commercial contracts and proactively manage customer expectations and requirements.
  • Own local and export logistics process ensuring compliance and a network of quality cost efficient providers with no service miss.
  • Manage New Product Development process to ensure stakeholders from regulatory, product management, sales, finance, supply chain and plants etc. are involved and engaged for successful product launch.
  • Develop SOPs within the supply chain team to build a culture of documented continuous learning and process improvement
  • Lead and motivate teams from different locations to work as one and keep high team engagement and performance
Your Profile
  • 10 years working experience on different supply chain functions: customer service, logistics, import/export and SC projects
  • More than 5 years experience with People management with bachelors equivalent degree
  • Proven results building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Rich experience of OEM/Toll manufacturing end to end project delivery is a plus.
  • Good S&OP, MPS, MRP and capacity requirements planning skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills in written and spoken is a must.
  • Background from food & beverage industry and FMCG background is a preferred .
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent,
