Your Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily packaging activities for oil packing like pouch, Jar & Tin.
  • Allocate operators and helpers according to production requirements.
  • Ensure production schedules are achieved as per planned targets.
  • Maintain production records and shift reports.
  • Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
  • Ensure packaged products meet company and regulatory quality standards.
  • Verify filling volumes, seal integrity, label accuracy, and packaging appearance.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
  • Implement GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in handling customer complaints and quality investigations.
  • Enforce workplace safety policies and procedure
  • Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
  • Supervise operators, packers, and contract workers.
  • Train employees on SOPs, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain production reports, shift logs, and packaging records.
  • Track production efficiency, wastage, and downtime.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Reduce material wastage and improve line efficiency.
Your Profile:
  • Diploma/bachelor's degree (Mechanical, Oil Tech or Food Tech).
  • 2-5 years of experience in packaging, manufacturing, FMCG, edible oil industries.
  • Knowledge of filling machines, packing equipment, and production processes.
  • Understanding of quality systems, GMP, ISO standards, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting
