Sr. System Analyst - H2R (Payroll & Implementation)

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, European payroll systems, time management platforms, and third-party applications.
  • Develop and manage integrations for employee master data, organizational data, payroll data, and time data across systems.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements and define data mappings, interface designs, and integration specifications.
  • Work with delivery team members to ensure adherence to ADM delivery processes
  • Translate business requirements into Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and integration design specifications.
  • Perform data mapping, transformation logic, validation, and error handling for payroll and time integrations.
  • Support European payroll processes, including multi-country payroll operations, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Ensure proper handling of time and attendance data, including time evaluation, leave, absence, and workforce scheduling integrations.
  • Conduct and support unit testing, system testing, and end-to-end integration testing for payroll and time functionality and interfaces.
  • Lead solution delivery and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain documentation such as integration architecture diagrams, data mapping documents, interface specs, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with team members in defining security requirements aligned to business roles
  • Partner with SuccessFactors EC functional teams to ensure employee, payroll, and time-related data elements are correctly configured and integrated.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and data quality enhancements within HR integration landscapes.
  • Contribute to the development of repeatable processes via a "playbook" mindset for regional payroll and time implementations.
Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central and integrations ( min 2 projects).
  • Strong knowledge of European payroll processes (multi-country), including statutory compliance (e.g., UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of European payroll solutions (e.g., SAP Payroll, SD Worx, ADP, or local country vendors)s
  • Experience integrating time management systems (SAP Time Tracking, Kronos/UKG, WorkForce Software, or similar) with HR platforms.
  • Hands-on experience designing and supporting integrations between HR systems, payroll systems, and time applications.
  • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors EC data model, employee lifecycle processes, and HR integration frameworks.
  • Expertise in data mapping, transformation logic, and interface design.
  • Strong experience in system testing, integration validation, and defect resolution.
  • Strong documentation skills (functional + technical)..
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills across global teams.
  • English fluency required; additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, etc.) are a plus.
Nice to have:

  • Exposure to SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or other middleware tools (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.) is an asset
  • Familiarity with global or regional payroll vendors such as SD Worx, ADP, NGA/Alight, or Deel is a plus.
Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Pozna office.
