Shift Lead - Waggaman, LA This is a full-time, hourly level position.
ADM is seeking a qualified candidate to work as a shift lead on a mid-stream stevedoring rig based out of our American River Transportation Company (ARTCo) in Waggaman, LA.
Lead and train stevedore personnel in operations and care of stevedoring production assets
Oversee crane/rig including, but not limited to, housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance of production equipment and associated structures
Coordinate with vessel and barge fleets to implement vessel discharge plans
Complete a variety of required forms electronically and on paper
Lead rig personnel in completing required documents
Additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested
Previous experience leading personnel in an operations environment
Ability to follow direction and execute tasks under the supervision of the operations management
Reading and writing skills sufficient to comprehend/complete a variety of documents
Computer skills sufficient to complete a variety of reports and documents
Ability to work in a flexible schedule; must allow for changes in assignments, and priorities depending upon identified needs of the operations
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
Must be able to work in all types of climates

Ability to work a rotating morning/evening shift, extended hours, evenings, weekends and Holidays

Ability to work near or on large bodies of water, at various heights and in confined spaces
