• You develop innovative concepts and recipes for semi-finished and finished products for national and international customers
• You independently manage customer projects from the initial idea through to final product launch
• You lead cross-functional projects and collaborate closely with Marketing, R&D, Sales, Production, Quality Assurance, and other internal stakeholders
• You take responsibility for selected focus accounts and actively contribute to our international product development team
• You act as a technical point of contact for customers and Sales and present technical concepts in meetings
• You participate in customer visits, both at our facilities and at customer sites
• You ensure accurate product documentation and carry out relevant data analyses
• You prepare product samples and evaluate them based on sensory and physical properties

• You hold a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Beverage Technology, or a comparable field
• You have several years of professional experience in the food and/or beverage industry
• You bring strong expertise in fruit preparations for dairy and ice cream applications
• You have experience working with international customers as a technical counterpart
• You know how to successfully manage projects within cross-functional teams
• You have experience in innovation and project management
• You bring a strong technical understanding of complex product development processes
• You have a customer-focused mindset and are willing to travel internationally
• You demonstrate initiative, resilience, and a results- and solution-oriented approach
• You are able to lead, motivate, and influence others without formal disciplinary responsibility
• You are fluent in German and English and hold a valid EU work permit
