Position Summary

The Key Accounts, Sales Support & Supply Chain Planner is responsible for managing key customer accounts, coordinating the end-to-end order fulfillment process, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role serves as the primary link between customers, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure timely deliveries, accurate order processing, and effective supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders from order entry through production, dispatch, and delivery.
  • Act as the primary contact for key customers regarding order status, deliveries, complaints, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and report OTIF (On Time In Full) performance, proactively addressing supply or delivery risks.
  • Coordinate with Production, Warehousing, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Organize transportation and liaise with carriers and third-party logistics providers to ensure cost-effective deliveries.
  • Process invoices, customer returns, and credit notes while ensuring transactional accuracy.
  • Support demand planning and supply chain activities to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate order, shipment, and delivery records and perform regular reconciliations.
  • Prepare reports and support audits, traceability exercises, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, Sales Support, or Key Account Management.
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, imports/exports, and Incoterms.
  • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
