• Develop sales forecasts, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide business updates for the assigned territory.

• Develop and implement territory-specific marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the ADM Vietnam Aqua Team and local sales teams on product specifications, production planning, and pricing policies in line with management guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Aquaculture Management, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the aquaculture industry, preferably in hatchery business, product management, or business development.
• C kh nng pht trin th trng, m rng mng li khch hng, nm bt c hi kinh doanh v thc y tng trng doanh s.
• Proven ability to develop markets, expand customer networks, identify business opportunities, and drive sales growth.
• C sn mng li quan h trong ngnh nui trng thy sn hoc thy sn l mt li th.
• An established network within the aquaculture or fisheries industry is an advantage.
• C kin thc v nhu cu khch hng v pht trin sn phm; hiu bit k thut v hot ng tri ging l bt buc.
• Good understanding of customer needs and product development; technical knowledge of hatchery operations is a must.

• Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, independent, dynamic, and result-oriented.
• Sn sng i cng tc trong phm vi Vit Nam khi cn thit.
• Willingness to travel within Vietnam as required.
• Ting Anh l li th, khng bt buc.
• English proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory.
