Routine Testing and Analysis: Actively participate in daily laboratory operations, performing routine and non-routine physical, chemical, or microbiological analyses alongside the lab team to ensure product quality.
QC Plans and Methods: Identify, develop, implement, and manage project-specific quality control plans for laboratory procedures. Introduce and validate new analytical methods and advanced technologies.
Asset Management: Oversee the correct calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment; maintain preventive maintenance (PM) programs. Evaluate new equipment and recommend for purchase.
Documentation and Compliance: Review and approve technical documentation. Ensure that laboratory activities comply with applicable legal requirements, industry standards, and ADM specifications. Oversee laboratory waste handling and disposal practices.
Problem-Solving: Collaborate closely with production and logistics teams in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis activities.
Cross-Team Alignment: Actively collaborate with the Olomouc team and the regional EMEAI quality assurance teams to align technical and quality expectations.

Requirements
Requirements:
Education: University degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing/production environment (QC focus).
Language Skills: Proficiency in English at a B2 - C1 level (written and spoken), as the role involves daily communication with regional stakeholders. Native Hungarian, or B2 - C1 level (written and spoken).Soft Skills: Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to lead, manage, and train people. A role-model mindset regarding EHS, compliance, and product safety.
Nice-to-have
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of HACCP and GMP+ systems; familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
