Your Responsibilities

• Comply with and implement the relevant regulations of the company's quality and food safety management system, GMP-related provisions, and legal and regulatory requirements; study and master ADM's food safety culture and related knowledge.

• Establish and continuously improve the quality, food safety management system, and halal management system for the starch sugar workshop, and maintain the effective operation of these management systems.

• Handle the application for and renewal of relevant certificates such as food production licenses and system certificates.

• Participate in the audit and management of suppliers related to starch, auxiliary materials, packaging materials, etc.

• Compile and update documents related to the quality management system (such as quality manuals, procedure documents, work instructions, and record forms).

• Identify food safety risks in the production process, establish control lists, and formulate control measures.

• Organize and support relevant audits including those from factory customers, governments, third parties, and internal company audits.

• Organize quality and food safety training for all employees, third-party outsourced workers, new recruits, and contractors.

• Handle customer complaints about the starch sugar workshop and implement corrective action items.

• Be responsible for complaints about raw materials from suppliers of the starch sugar workshop and follow up on them.

• Fill in customer questionnaires related to starch sugar, confirm customer standards, and follow up on and implement relevant requirements.

• Establish and update enterprise standards related to starch sugar.

• Collect, interpret, and implement food regulations and relevant government control documents.

• Be responsible for product traceability and recall when necessary.

• Customize and confirm labels for products related to starch sugar.

• Audit all necessary activities for the cleaning and disinfection of production and production equipment to ensure that all responsibilities are performed in accordance with regulations, including but not limited to SOPs, HACCP, GMP, as well as all safety policies and company operating procedures.

• Analyze the causes of abnormal quality of starch sugar products, propose improvement measures, and track the effectiveness of rectification.

• Organize annual internal audits and management reviews.

• Organize annual product emergency drills, food defense drills, and related exercises.

• Create, train on, maintain, and update the document management system (Policy-tech).

• Provide support for trade-related businesses.

• Other quality-related work.

• Report to the Quality Manager of the China Starch and Starch Derivatives Division.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors such as Food Science and Engineering, Quality and Safety, Bioengineering, and Chemistry.

• More than 3-5 years of working experience in the food industry or pharmaceutical industry, with priority given to those who have at least 2 years of food safety management experience in food factories.

• Candidates with external auditor qualifications are preferred.

• Familiar with food industry laws and regulations (such as the Food Safety Law, GB14881, GB2760, etc.) and quality management systems (HACCP, ISO9001, FSSC22000).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as cross-departmental work capabilities.

• Ability to solve problems creatively/analytically and innovative approaches to addressing complex issues.

• Proficiency in using office software such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Solid ability to understand systems and identify areas requiring improvement.

• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, and good team spirit.

• Able to adapt to necessary business trips.

• Good English reading and writing skills, as well as relatively good English expression ability.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including strong computer skills).

• Good organizational skills (prioritization of tasks, setting of goals).

• Working experience within an MNC environment preferred.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of logical analysis under pressure.
