Job Title
    • GT PMO Project Analyst
Job Summary
    • The Global Technology PMO team is seeking a Project Analyst to support the Program/Project Manager and project team by coordinating activities, facilitating meetings, maintaining project schedules, and connecting project teams with Operations Technology (OT) teams supporting North America, South America, and European iDMZ cutovers.
    • This role will help ensure that project activities, site-level execution plans, status updates, meeting outcomes, and RAID items are clearly documented, maintained, and communicated to the appropriate stakeholders.
    • This is an opportunity to be part of a team committed to DRIVE success and transformation.
    • This position is 40+ hours per week, with standard hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The time zone will be based on the hiring location and manager's discretion.
Job Responsibilities
    • Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness within established repositories and guidelines.
    • Ensure project artifacts, schedules, meeting minutes, status reports, and action items reflect the latest information and are clearly articulated.
    • Lead site connect meetings with site-specific stakeholders and facilitate regional project team meetings.
    • Coordinate activities and timing between the project team and each site, including preparation for site visits, cutovers, and other key project activities.
    • Maintain project schedules by updating core project activities in Planisware and ensuring detailed site execution plans are maintained in Planner.
    • Collect and consolidate project updates from appropriate stakeholders to support timely and accurate status reporting.
    • Facilitate RAID activities, ensuring risks, actions, issues, and decisions have clear owners and follow-up dates; escalate items to the appropriate leaders as needed.
    • Apply ADM Project Management Office Ways of Working, processes, templates, and documentation standards appropriate to the project classification.
    • Communicate project information effectively across stakeholder groups, including project teams, site stakeholders, OT teams, and leadership.
    • Follow up with stakeholders to confirm commitments, resolve outstanding questions, and maintain alignment between project activities, site plans, schedules, and status reports.
Job Requirements
