As our new Production Planner, you will play a key role in keeping our production running smoothly, balancing customer demand, inventory, and capacity while working closely with colleagues across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Customer Service.

Production Planner (m/f/d)

As the central link between customer demand, production, and supply chain activities, you will ensure our operations run efficiently while continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance, service levels, and reliability. No two days are the same as you collaborate with different stakeholders, solve challenges, and help shape the future success of our site.

What would be your key responsibilities
  • You take ownership of end-to-end production planning, ensuring an efficient production flow and excellent customer service
  • You translate customer demand into effective production schedules while balancing capacity, inventory, and material availability
  • You act as the key link between Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to align priorities and deliver on customer commitments
  • You ensure the right products are available at the right time by proactively managing inventories and replenishment activities
  • You coordinate the procurement of raw and packaging materials to support uninterrupted production and business growth
  • You anticipate challenges, adjust production plans, and drive solutions that keep operations running smoothly
  • You keep stakeholders informed by communicating planning updates, risks, and opportunities in a clear and proactive way
  • You use data and insights to optimize planning processes, improve service levels, and enhance operational performance
  • You contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across planning, procurement, logistics, and supply chain functions
  • You champion ADM's commitment to quality, safety, sustainability, and operational excellence in everything you do
What will make you successful
  • You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, or a related field
  • You bring 3-5 years of experience in a planning, logistics, supply chain, or procurement role
  • You have solid experience in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination
  • You have an analytical mindset and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines
  • You work independently, take initiative, and focus on delivering results
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoy collaborating across functions
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with planning and ERP systems (M3)
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
