Job purpose:

Support the Plant Manager and Production Manager during the implementation of the M3 ERP system, ensuring that manufacturing processes, master data and operational procedures accurately reflect plant operations and enable efficient planning, execution and traceability.

The role will work across multiple departments to ensure a successful ERP implementation while supporting process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the M3 ERP implementation project.

• Analyse and document manufacturing processes.

• Review and validate production routings and work centres.

• Support BOM, operations and standard time validation.

• Participate in production master data validation.

• Identify gaps between current processes and ERP configuration.

• Support SIT/UAT testing activities.

• Prepare work instructions and operating procedures.

• Train and support end users during Go Live.

• Work closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering and Corporate Project Teams.

• Identify process improvement opportunities.

Qualification and experience:

• Technical or vocational education (Engineering, Industrial, Logistics or similar).

• Initial experience in industrial environments (production, logistics or planning) is a plus.

• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or KPI tracking is highly valued.

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes (preferably in animal nutrition or food industry) is an advantage.

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Understanding of production processes.

• ERP implementation experience is desirable.

Skills:

(Languages, special computer skills etc.)
  • Spanish spoken and written

  • English spoken and written

  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, dashboards)

  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems

  • Data analysis

  • Microsoft Office
