As the Process Safety Engineer, you will play a critical role in protecting people, assets, and operations while driving continuous improvement. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop expertise in both process safety and plant engineering while building leadership experience across operations, maintenance, reliability, and capital project execution.
In your role as the process safety engineer, you will lead the implementation of ADM's Total Process Safety (TPS) program, including Process Safety Management (PSM) regulated chemicals and other potentially dangerous processes (PDPs), to meet and exceed corporate and local compliance standards. In addition, you will serve as a key engineering resource for the facility, leading process and maintenance improvement initiatives that enhance safety, reliability, and operational performance. Through the design and execution of projects, you will help create a safer, more efficient and dependable operation.
