• Educational Background: Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 and Summer 2028. Must have an overall 2.8GPA (change if you need to)
• Transportation: Interns must have their own reliable transportation to and from work.
• Availability: Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2026.

• Prospect and call potential customers
• First point of contact for phone and web inquiries, including basic applications support and referral to appropriate channels.
• Facilitate and manage product samples and technical document requests and capture all pertinent data. Manage process for potential sale.
• Power user of CRM Salesforce.com, daily interaction, logging all pertinent activity and customer notes, managing and updating pipeline.
• Understand customer needs and expectations. Report or provide relevant solutions if necessary.
• Work closely with cross-functional team to maximize short and long-term profitable growth.
• Channel and log suggestions, inquiries, and complaints to the appropriate people/systems.
• Market research and investigation to related competitive products and marketing strategies. Develop a clear understanding of how commodity futures markets influence pricing of products.
• Follow determined reporting structures and report compilation.
