Purpose: The position will be directly reporting to the Logistics Supervisor of the SC region. The role supports warehouse operations, oversees receiving of inbound deliveries, ensures compliance to GWP/GMP in storing of goods in the warehouse and making sure timely issuances to requests to users.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supports the Logistics Supervisor in day to day warehouse operations
Ensures timely receiving of delivered goods / commodities
Ensures compliance to warehouse protocols / GWP / GMP at all times
Ensures to maintain inventory accuracy of all materials in the warehouse by following inventory management and control processes and activities.
Assists the Logistics Supervisor in inspecting warehouse tools, machinery, and forklifts to ensure safe operation.
Enforce workplace safety protocols and report hazards immediately

Qualifications:

College Level or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics or business administration
Minimum 5 years of related experience
Knows basic MS Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint
Great focus in accuracy, completeness, and customer service
Analytical, independent, flexible, deadline oriented, ability to multi-task
Can adapt quickly to new situations, enjoy working in a team and customer oriented.
Travel within Philippines is required
